1. Overview

FeedMe.pet ("the App") is a pet feeding alarm and tracking application for iOS, developed by Mehmet Harun Sökücü ("we", "us", "our", "the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why it collects so little, and how your information is handled. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information You Provide Within the App

The App lets you enter the following information, which is used solely to operate the App's core features:

• Pet names and pet type (e.g. dog, cat).
• Feeding/reminder schedules you configure (meal, treat, and medicine times, repeat rules, snooze usage).
• Optional pet profile photos and optional pet birthdays you choose to add.
• Feeding/reminder history and statistics, generated automatically as you mark reminders as completed.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

All of the information above is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework inside a secure App Group container shared exclusively between the FeedMe.pet app and its Home Screen widget. We do not operate a backend server, and none of your pet, reminder, history, or photo data is ever uploaded to us or to any third party. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal identifier.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

Because the App works entirely on-device, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials (no account exists).
• Your location.
• Advertising identifiers, and we do not serve ads.
• Analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting data through any third-party SDK.
• Access to your Photos library beyond the single image you actively choose for a pet's profile photo.

5. Notifications

The App uses local notifications only, scheduled directly on your device through Apple's UserNotifications framework, to alert you at reminder times (meals, treats, and medicine). No notification content or scheduling data is transmitted to or through any external server, because the App does not use any remote/push notification service. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app; note that this will prevent reminders from appearing.

6. In-App Purchases

FeedMe.pet offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription/purchase via Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID information. Your Premium entitlement status is verified on-device using StoreKit 2's transaction verification; no purchase data is sent to us.

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party, because your data never leaves your device in the first place. The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs.

8. Data Security

All App data is protected by iOS's standard file-system encryption and app sandboxing. Because we never receive your data, we have no ability to access, view, back up, or recover it on our end — the safety and backup of your data is governed entirely by your device (and, if you enable it, your personal iCloud/device backup settings, which are controlled by Apple, not by us).

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device for as long as you use the App. You may delete individual pets, reminders, or history records at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes the App's locally stored data from that device. Data included in an Apple device or iCloud backup may remain subject to Apple's backup and restore settings. Because we never receive or store your data on any server, there is no separate "delete my data" request to submit to us — uninstalling the App is a complete deletion.

10. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone by design. The App may be used by individuals of any age, and we recommend use by young children be supervised by a parent or guardian.

11. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regional Laws)

Because FeedMe.pet does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data held by us for you to request access to, correct, export, or delete under GDPR, CCPA, or similar data-protection laws worldwide. All such controls already rest directly in your hands, within the App itself and your device settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
